Warranty: The end-user is guaranteed, in accordance with the following provisions, that hardware products purchased by the end-user will be covered by a warranty for a period of twelve (12) months from the original purchase date. Three (3) months warranty only for refurbished products. Products for which a valid claim is made will be repaired or replaced. Hardware damages due to manufacturing defects are covered by a twelve (12) month warranty. Technical diagnostic assistance and software support are covered for twelve (12) months. The hard drive, RAM, and video card are only covered by a three (3) month warranty. The LCD warranty on mobile devices is limited to one (1) month. If the product enters warranty service, under no circumstances will the original purchase warranty period be modified; the repaired or replaced part will only have a three (3) month warranty without exceeding the originally stipulated warranty period.
