Terms and Conditions of Purchase: An international invoice is issued to a legal entity or individual by Quantum Edge Innovations LLC (Seller) from the United States, as this is an international shipment (VAT is not itemized as this is an invoice from a foreign company). If payment is made using any cash payment method and the buyer wishes to cancel the purchase before receiving the product, only 95% of the amount paid will be refunded. The right of withdrawal or return applies for online or non-traditional purchases (distance sales); it does not apply to purchases in physical stores. The consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 5 business days from the delivery of the product. Promotion valid while supplies last and/or until the publication ends. The user’s personal data is collected for the purpose of conducting the commercial activities of Quantum Edge Innovations LLC, carrying out marketing and advertising actions. If the user decides to provide their data, they expressly consent that Quantum Edge Innovations LLC may use it for operational purposes of the e-commerce system on this Site and/or other websites owned by Quantum Edge Innovations LLC, including sending offers of goods or services, promotional announcements, or advertisements by various means. For buyers in Peru: The buyer must register the device according to OSIPTEL regulations, which state that individuals who purchase equipment acquired abroad through online platforms or directly and wish to use it for personal use in the mobile public service market must sign a Sworn Declaration of Entry of Equipment Acquired Abroad for Personal Use. Before signing the declaration, the operator’s advisor must verify that the device has a valid IMEI. The operator will then register the device on the list of valid devices (white list). You can manage the registration through your operator. Warranty: The end-user is guaranteed, in accordance with the following provisions, that hardware products purchased by the end-user will be covered by a warranty for a period of twelve (12) months from the original purchase date. Three (3) months warranty only for refurbished products. Products for which a valid claim is made will be repaired or replaced. Hardware damages due to manufacturing defects are covered by a twelve (12) month warranty. Technical diagnostic assistance and software support are covered for twelve (12) months. The hard drive, RAM, and video card are only covered by a three (3) month warranty. The LCD warranty on mobile devices is limited to one (1) month. If the product enters warranty service, under no circumstances will the original purchase warranty period be modified; the repaired or replaced part will only have a three (3) month warranty without exceeding the originally stipulated warranty period. License support will be provided directly by the manufacturer. If the product enters warranty service more than three (3) times due to the same issue, the customer may choose to receive a credit note for the amount paid in the initial purchase, which can be used to obtain another product(s) available in the sales platform catalog where the initial purchase was made. We do not provide cash refunds; if, according to the technical report, the product cannot be repaired and no stock of the same product is available, a credit note will be issued for the amount paid in the initial purchase, which can be used to obtain another product(s) available in the sales platform catalog where the initial purchase was made. The warranty may be processed and/or referred to the manufacturer if deemed appropriate by the seller. Exclusions: Natural wear and tear. Suitability of the product for a specific purpose or use. Third-party products such as software, whose warranty will be provided directly by the manufacturer or licensor. Personal information stored on the product. Causes not attributable to manufacturing defects or material flaws. Product defects that do not affect the identity between what was offered and what was delivered (this exclusion does not apply to products purchased in Peru). Replacement of parts, repairs, or attempted repairs by unauthorized persons. Accessories or add-ons added to the product not included in the original purchase. Gift products specified in the publication or delivered as a gift. Lack of maintenance or servicing according to the instruction manual. Accidents or lack of care in product use. Improper use or use not in accordance with the instruction manual. Incorrect product connection to other specified products or connection to non-compatible equipment. Presence of sand, liquids, water, burns, or foreign substances inside the product. Power surges or connecting the product to networks with incorrect voltage. Damage caused by floods, earthquakes, fires, lightning, impacts, or incorrect transport. Damage due to liquids or dust in products with IP certification/protection. Any consumable part unless the damage is due to a material or workmanship defect. Removal or erasure of any serial number or security label. License support is provided directly by the manufacturer. There is no warranty for license defects or malfunctions. Failure to provide requested evidence for support that justifies and demonstrates the issue with the product.
